Refund and Cancellation

All payments made to Pathway USA are final and non-refundable. By booking a consultation, planning session, or any other service, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, credits, or cancellations will be provided once payment has been processed.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request a reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
